Get started
Download the Signal Evaluation Tool package and if necessary, the Matlab runtime.
Install the Matlab runtime library (you need administrator rights on your computer to do this).
Extract the Signal Evaluation Tool zip file to a local folder.
Launch the Signal Evaluation Tool executable (.exe) file.
User Identification
Press the 'Start' button and enter your ID.
A box with dataset and task options will appear.
Selecting Dataset and Task
Select from a list of databases or:
Create a new dataset: Enter the new database name into the textfield with 'newDatasetName' and press the button 'Create New Dataset'.
Choose a task from the task jump menu. The task will open in a new window.
Available tasks:
0. Import new data or set metadata.
1. Label start of inspiration and expiration. Navigate through CO2 gas, flow and pressure signals.
2. Label EtCO2 and InspCO2.
3. Rate trends, respiratory events and clinical signal quality.
