annotation of inspiration and expiration.

  • End of Expiratory Flow (orange)

To place a cursor in the graph, press the corresponding button.

Moving and resetting cursor positions

Using automatic suggestions

The automatic suggestion buttons allows users to quickly set many cursors in the approximate correct position. The cursors' position is computed with the help of the flow signal (zero crossing). The outcome of the suggested position will usually require a fine adjustment by the user.

Two suggestion modes are available and can be selected with a toggle button. 'Batch' will place all cursors into the graph at the same time. 'Iterative' will ask for confirmation after each cursor placement (can be most useful when many cursors are suggested).

Cursor categories can be deleted as a batch with the corresponding button.

'Save' will save the current cursor positions to a file.

'Reset' will clear all cursors and load the latest saved positions.
